Excellent pastries with a unique flaky texture developed with respect for French baking tradition. The pastries are made with 24% pure butter and no preservative. Croissant, pain au chocolat, Danish roll, brioche. They are ready to bake: pre-proofed, pre-egg-glazed.
Bread
The bread is prepared in line with the great tradition of French artisans and are made with traditional French wheat flour. Taste is prioritized to meet the expectations of consumers who want to combine pleasure, authenticity and health: long dough resting period that allow the development of natural aroma, soft taste and crunchy crust, low salt content. These products are ready to bake.
Flour
A strict selection of wheat from Beauce and Eure-et Loir; a supply of organic cereals in France; a rigorous blending that promotes a daring grind and brings tradition and modernity together.
Eggs
Simply fill a bowl with cold tap water and place your eggs in it. If they sink to the bottom and lay flat on one side, they are fresh and good to eat. A bad egg will float because of the large air cell that forms at its base. Any floating eggs should be thrown out. We are featuring fresh shell eggs, pasteurized liquid eggs and cooked eggs.
